The terms outlined below form the operational agreement between Moon Shot Recycling and our clients. Our foremost priority is to ensure client satisfaction with our services. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with our services for any reason, you have the option to cancel within 14 days of enrollment and acceptance of these terms.
In order to maintain consistency in our collection schedules:
1. We adhere to our published collection schedule, although we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary. We will maintain open communication about any such changes.
2. As a route-based service, we cannot guarantee specific pickup times, but we will endeavor to meet any special requests you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time to discuss.
3. We request that donated materials be as free from food waste as possible and reserve the right to refuse pickup if the materials are not sortable.
4. Your feedback is invaluable to us, whether it be suggestions, comments, or concerns. You are welcome to contact us at any time with any issues, and we thank you for your patronage.
5. The bin deposit of $50 covers both the 30 bin, as well as the $20 setup fee. The $30 deposit will be returned to the customer at
the end of the service agreement. The $20 set up fee covered the delivery of the bin.
6. Account will be auto billed at the time end of the billing cycle to ensure continuity of service. Agreeing to the terms and conditions gives Moon Shot Recycling consent to charge for the next month in accordance with proper billing practices.
